Elbit Skills Talent Management

Skills is a Talent Management software product designed to be used by the whole organization. The software can be used to support the operational and strategic management of the organization's competence capital in an industry-independent way. The software product is composed of parts that can be flexibly taken into use, which are assembled into an overall package suitable to the particular situation on the basis of a survey of needs carried out in cooperation with the customer.
